The United States Code
The home page for accessing the laws of the United States codified as the U.S. Code.   The site provides a database and search engine to the code, the ability to view and download titles and chapters, a table classifying sections of the code affected by newly-enacted legislation, and the Thomas legislative search service of the Library of Congress.  From the site, major statutes affecting rural communities can be reached, including:
