To join the Network of Rural Community Developers, your organization needs to be a private nonprofit corporation working to develop a rural community with significant numbers of low income residents. If you are not a Rural Community Developer but would like to receive the Network Reporter, please sign up as a Friend of the Network and we will be happy to send you a complimentary electronic copy.
